Fellow racers,

As you are already aware an EGM took place on Sunday morning to address a number of outstanding issues.

1. We welcome Jonathan Kenny as the new ORCA Secretary. Jonathan had been nominated by Keith Dempsey and seconded by Denis Fox.
2. The ORCA Committee will hold a meeting once a month with all ORCA Members to discuss problems / issues they might have.
3. Podium pictures and race reports for all events will be made available to Luke Collins for publication by Jonathan Kenny.
4. The Committee will evaluate the cost of awarding medals over trophies. These may be for National events only.
5. The following events will be adjusted:
   
   • 08/07/2012 - RCCAOI National Rd4 - To Be Re-Run on 19/08/2012.
   • 14/07/2012 - ORCA Club Rd5 - Cancelled.
   • 28/07/2012 - ORCA Club Rd6 - Moved to 29/07/2012. Renamed ORCA Club Rd5.
   • 05/08/2012 - RCCAOI National Re-Run Date - Cancelled.
   • 18/08/2012 - ORCA Club Rd7 - Cancelled.
   • 26/08/2012 - ORCA Club Rd8 - No Change. Renamed ORCA Club Rd6
   • 15/09/2012 - ORCA Club Rd9 - Moved to 16/09/2012. Renamed ORCA Club Rd7
   • 30/09/2012 - ORCA Club Rd10 - No Change. Renamed ORCA Club Rd8.
6. Best 6 of 8 Club Rounds to count.
7. Membership Fees adjusted to:
• Full Membership: €40.
• Under 18: €20.
• Non-Race Member: €10.
8. Replicate RCCAOI Member list for Club Members in the 2013 Season.
9. Make provisions to re-add Ballymoney to the race calendar.
10. Hold ORCA AGM before RCCAOI AGM.
11. Club Maintenance day to be arranged to fix bunker, paint sleepers, etc..
12. Create Facebook Group in addition to Facebook Page. (Done - https://www.facebook.com/groups/orcairelandmembers/)
